Neil received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Western Washington University in 1969. He has worked in environmental education and restoration fields for over 15 years. Neil is responsible for funding, budget planning and overall management of the HCSEG organization. He has oversight on all aspects of the HCSEG operation. This includes: community outreach; preparation of funding grants and coordinating with funding agencies; planning and implementing habitat projects; contracting, permitting and reporting in relation to habitat projects. In his leadership role, Neil works closely with the HCSEG board of directors to meet our organizations vision and mission. He is also a liaison for state and federal agencies, legislators, tribes and all other partners. Neil holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Western Washington University.
